We had a GREAT day today! Kyle smoked a brisket and we had all kinds of goodies on the side!
This evening, we had a photo shoot (as usual) with Willa for her First 4th...
...then went to Fort Bragg for the festivities. We heard Julianne Hough play and watched the Golden Knights jump onto the parade field. There were all sorts of canons ready to go off with the fireworks at the parade field that we thought it best to leave while our daughter's hearing was still intact, so we headed home to watch A Capitol Fourth on PBS once Willa fell asleep. It was a great day and we hope to see some fireworks from our backyard tonight!
And once Willa went to bed, Kyle and I had fun outside playing with the dogs and lighting sparklers! I also found my new favorite toy, the Bernzomatic- too much fun for a couple of pyros!
